Revered Homes (formerly Building Logic) is a Napier-based residential building company with 16 years of experience in Hawke's Bay. We're a Registered Master Builder, Licensed Building Practitioner, and 2024 Master Builders Gold Award winner. We build custom homes and house-and-land packages across Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, and the wider region. We don't subcontract, our team is on the tools on every build.

Are you a franchise?
No. Revered Homes is an independent building company. There's no head office calling the shots, no franchise model, and no subcontracted build crews. You deal directly with our team — the same people who show up on site every day.
Do you use subcontractors?
We don't subcontract the build. Our team is on the tools and on-site from start to finish. This is one of the things we feel most strongly about — it's how we keep quality high and accountability clear.
What areas do you build in?
Our main focus is Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, and the wider Hawke's Bay region — including lifestyle blocks and rural properties in areas like Maraekakaho and Puketapu.
Are you Registered Master Builders?
Yes. All our builds are delivered under a Registered Master Builders Contract and protected by a Master Build Guarantee. Our team are also Licensed Building Practitioners (LBPs).

Yes. In 2024 we won a Registered Master Builders House of the Year Gold Award for Central North Island. We've also taken home earlier regional and national gold awards, and one of our homes won the Dornbusch Prize.
