Our house and land packages process

Step 1 – Start the Conversation
- You browse our available packages online or meet with our team.
- We chat about your preferred location, budget, style that you would like to achieve, and move-in goals.
- You receive a Package Information Sheet showing inclusions, exclusions, and an estimated completion timeframe.
Step 2 – Secure Your Package
- Pay a holding deposit to take the home off the market.
- We prepare a simple preliminary agreement outlining your chosen package and next steps.
Step 3 – Design & Selections
- Review and confirm the floorplan, exterior style, and interior finishes.
- Add any upgrades or personal touches to make it yours.
Step 4 – Contracts & Finance
- We issue a fixed-price building contract.
- You finalise your finance approval.
- Pay your contract deposit to lock everything in.
Step 5 – Build Begins
- We manage all council approvals and site preparation.
- Your build kicks off—foundations, framing, roofing, and interiors.
- You receive regular progress updates with photos and milestone reports.
Step 6 – Handover & Move-In
- We walk you through your finished home, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Final invoice is made
